So it looks like I won't be getting the wheels when I was originally told, I know that they are awaiting parts on the 19X10" application per a conversation with a rep at their HQ.
The link I posted above it seems that the shop I was going through was just involved in Federal drug case and I highly doubt people are going to be doing business w/ them as well as them being out of jail.
I guess I am lucky in a sense that my CC didn't get charged, but I still want the wheels and looking to the site for help
