I'd NEVER go anywhere near a Jamex suspension setup. There's a reason why good dampers cost decent money, and in my opinion you're better off staying with OEM than going for a Jamex

You want to use 18/19" wheels, want a comfortable ride, and want it lower?

Eibach Pro-Kit is the way to go if you just want a set of springs - more comfortable than the H&Rs. However your dampers might be a bit too worn to match well with the new springs. New dampers from BMW ??

Or, go for a decent matched spring/damper setup... But it will cost you a lot more than £250
