what do you mean?

a car rests on its springs, the height is set by the rate and length of the spring.

shocks don't effect ride height.

m sport springs give a 15mm or so drop from standard. that doesn't mean the spring is is 15mm shorter as it has a different rate so we don't know how much it compresses.
